PT.Duta Sugar International is a group of PT.Duta Anggada Realty that urgently need candidates for the following position :

QA / QC MANAGER (QM)

Requirement:

* S1 Degree in Business Management or Transportation Management
* At least 2 -3 years progressive experience in materials or production control preferably in manufacturing industry
* Sets guidelines and formats for PPIC department in terms of workflow, system and procedure
* Knowledge on purchasing, requisitioning, stock methods and procedures and custom clearance procedures
* Analyze material requirement for production according to customer order, trend, forecast, lead time and inventory level to ensure flawless production operation as well as healthy inventory level
* Review and initiate Purchase Requisition [PR, PPR] and ensure availability of imported materials, local, supplies and follow it up with vendor and or Source of Supply with related function
* Issue Job Order to production based on condition of finished goods, customer orders, works in process [WIP] and forecast
* Order Loading processing (product & services), follow-up and update shipment status and customs clearance process and ensure timely product delivery
* Control work in process, inventory level for raw materials, WIP and finished goods at acceptable level.
* Coordinate with marketing and logistic for on time delivery to outlets

General requirements:

* Male/Female minimum age 35 - 40 years old
* Understand ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS will be an advantage
* Fluency in English will be an advantage
* To be located in Cilegon
